These hinges were installed in my kitchen cabinets in 2000. Over time, the plastic self closing mechanism will wear down and the cabinets will not stay firmly shut. I ordered these replacements from Midwest Cabinet/Supply and they are new and work perfectly. Excellent price. Their shipping is asap - got them in a few days with standard shipping. I hope they carry these hinges 10 years from now when I have to replace them again.
